Ensoniq EPS/ASR to Akai S5000-Z Series Translation

Translator makes 1 or more .akp (Akai S-5000 Program) files when translating from an Ensoniq Instrument; one for every valid Patch Select. The OO patch select inherits the Ensoniq Instrument name, while the other .akp files get either OX, XO, or XX added to the end of the file name.

Translator also supports translating to stereo .wav files when appropriate (see the miscellaneous topic Stereo Wave Support).

This source format has the capability for alternative looping modes (see Special Features for more information); Translator compensates for these modes, depending on the capability of the destination format.

Akai S-5000 series samplers require 15 samples (30 total when stereo) after the loop end marker when a sample is looped. Translator takes this into consideration and adds these samples when appropriate.
