Ensoniq EPS/ASR to Korg Triton Translation

Translator examines the incoming Ensoniq Instrument and builds the appropriate files. It may be desired, in order to replicate the Program accurately, to create a Combi and several "drone" Programs. See Translation Comments for more details.

Each Instrument converts to a single pcg/ksc/kmp/ksf combination.

Ensoniq samplers have the capability for alternative looping modes; Translator compensates for these modes.

Awave performs this translation with Ensoniq .efe and .efa files; however, it does not translate parameters that would be included in a .pcg file.
