Akai/Pulsar/MESA to SoundFont
Translation
Translator takes each Akai Program and creates a Preset and a corresponding Instrument for each one. Each Akai Volume creates one .sf2 file. All samples get translated in SoundFont samples. In cases of stereo samples, they are split per SoundFonts specification.
When translating Pulsar or MESA files, all .prg, .s3p, .p or .sts files within a single folder are tested for any sharing of files. Every file that shares samples are collected into their own .sf2 files.
Akai-type files implement looping boundaries unusually, these are translated properly and are automatically adjusted upon translation. See Akai Looping Boundary Requirements for more information.
