Translator™ 7 is a cross platform application - comes in Universal Binary Mac OSX and Windows 8/7/Vista/XP-compatible flavors, and can translate practically every professional format, from Kontakt, EXS24, Giga3/GigaStudio, SFZ, Alchemy, Reason NN-XT, HALion, MachFive, SoundFont, SampleCell, Kurzweil, Ensoniq, Akai, Emu, Roland, and many more. This enables musicians to use practically any sound for their sampler, no matter what format it is in.

Translator™ 7 offers a huge amount of ancillary functions, such as special utilities of every sampler format. Of particular interest is the Reference Manager, which can relink and change the links to external samples from their program files. Other functions include Bulk Editing, the Loop Manager, Extend Key Ranges, merging, and much more.

Translator™ 7 also introduces multiple docking windows for excellent use of screen space. Also included is the new SimpleTranslation™ feature, where you simply drag a source file on the application Icon, and Translator automatically translates into your preferred format and location.

Notes: floppy disk support only exists in 32-bit versions, and on WinXP. A Windows app works better as 64-bit on Windows versions 10 and up. Mac 64-bit apps are Intel, not Apple Silicon-native, but run on Rosetta 2 perfectly and transparantly.

Update Policy

• All Updates within an app-class are free; you can update from the program itself, from the Registration Email (64-bit only, the link always represents the latest public version) or check the manual for the location of the Update Area (32-bit only).
• Exception: Updating from 32-bit to 64-bit when all else is equal is a $29.95 charge.
